Weaknesses: • I am fairly new to this industry and lack the experience of full cycle recruiting.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (06/15/2007)
I would like to become a full-cycle recruiter within the next 5 years. Additionally, I plan to develop my own Blog and website to help other sourcers develop their skills. I hope to have better relationships with the leaders in this industry such as Shally Steckerl, Dave Mendoza, Jim Stroud, etc. Working with the industry leaders will be key to my success.
